Hoping your holidays are going well and that Christmas was special for you and your family dear Patricia. My past couple of weeks have been chaotic it seems and now today, Boxing Day, I'm taking a breather!I received several gift items with cardinals. . . . and the real ones are many in the garden and at the feeders now that we are home to keep them filled!

Patricia, I really don't know what the birds names are. Someone mentioned female red cardinal, but we don't get the cardinals where I live. They are just small birds with a bit of red and yellow on them. I love the birds, so I should know their names haha. Thank you for asking, as I know how much you love these fellows too. They bring us peace, don't they? And maybe you're right, they like the smell of the coffee. I always see their nests when driving through.
